This community is located in Phum Samroung Meanchey Thmey, Sangkat Khmounch, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The heavy rains that fell throughout the country on Monday, 11 October, 2010 caused flooding in this community that affected 148 families. The flood levels were up to 50 cm. The following health problems occurred on account of the flooding: skin allergies, diarrhea, colds and sore eyes. Furthermore residents could not travel to their businesses, and children could not go to school. There were some hazardous snakes, but no one was bitten. There is no drainage system in this community. Water flows to Boeung Tum nop Kob Srov. By Friday, 15 October, 2010, the water level had decreased to 0.1 meter. The community's main concern is the damage to the road.
