Report your Power Cuts!

According to Electricité du Cambodge (EDC), the power cuts that have recently plunged Phnom Penh in to darkness are here to stay. In fact, as the weather gets hotter, they are set to increase. EDC maintains all parts of the city will suffer equally – but is that really the case?
