Flooding in Streets Causes Terrible Traffic Jams in Phnom Penh

On September 4th, 2014, from about 4:30pm to 7:00pm, there was heavy rain in Phnom Penh. Most of the streets were flooded and caused traffic jams for hours. Midia and Kampuchea Krom were the most severely flooded streets in the city.

Many residents of Phnom Penh shared flood photos and videos on their Facebook pages. Given is there is no opportunity for residents to share their experiences on the radio or TV, Phnom Penh residents took to social media.
