A stern warning to clean up or pay up was issued to litterbugs yesterday, with Interior Minister Sar Kheng announcing fines for improper waste disposal across the country.

The announcement came as Kheng outlined the details of a new sub-decree on waste management, which includes an order to municipal and provincial authorities to put the onus for refuse control on individuals and businesses.

The Traffic Jams Campaign report and map 2015 have been released! During the campaign, which ran from Jan to March 2015, Urban Voice received 45 reports about traffic jams in the Phnom Penh area.

According to the map shows that the serious traffic jams areas in Phnom Penh were spreading out across the Khan where the street corners are. Even flyover bridges have been building at the intersections of some streets in Phnom Penh, but because the increasing of population and the use of vehicles, traffic congestion still be remain the major issue for the government to urgently address.
